nDialogue FAQs
Q: I have a limited budget and I’m not ready to invest a lot of money into an elaborate marketing plan or strategy. What are my options?
A: nDialogue will work with you to create a direct marketing campaign that fits within your budget.

Q: What will each of your services cost me?
A: nDialogue will first determine your needs and objectives. Once the deliverables are determined, you will receive a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of services and associated costs. We customize our services to best fit the needs and budgets of our clients.

Q: I’ve heard a lot about PURLs. What are they and how are they used?
A: A PURL is a personalized URL. An example is www.mybank.com/marysmith. A PURL can be incorporated into direct mail or email promotions to drive response online to a personalized web page. You would use PURLs to personalize and target online communication while being able to specifically track visits at the individual level.

Q: Can I track our marketing efforts with nDialogue without using PURLs?
A: Most definitely. You can track visits to a promotion specific web page using a static URL (example: www.gadgetgiveaway.com), phone number or business reply card (BRC).

Q: I want to start promoting my business and tracking my efforts right away. What timeline can I expect?
A: Timeline depends on the complexity and level of integration. Simple campaigns can be pushed through production within one business week.
